USATF on May 18 announced the implementation of a Coaches Registry, designed to identify and acknowledge coaches who are in good standing with the federation and who adhere to a Code of Conduct that espouses high professional and ethical standards.

More than 400 coaches already have registered. In a Message from the President/Chair, USATF President and Chairman of the Board Stephanie Hightower provides context to a program that was three years in the making and that will put USATF on par with the best practices of other sports organizations.
