Jaron Hartshorn, a senior at Lone Peak High, won the boys 5-kilometer race in 16:05.4 at the inaugural Run Elite Program Cross Classic at Valley Regional Park in Taylorsville, Utah. Hartshorn helped Lone Peak place eight athletes in the top nine to produce a 19-44 victory over Cedar Valley.
